The research team (UFRGS, Brazil, and SARI CAS, China) presented the results of further development of a previously proposed scheme for the combined removal of antibiotics from wastewater using nanofiltration and electrochemical oxidation of the concentrate. The presentation focused on optimizing the balance between antibiotic removal efficiency and energy consumption.
